FALL MINI SESSIONS - 11/6 - Westlake Village

A fun family session packed into a mini!

Includes:
- 20 minute session
- Your immediate family only (i.e. just mom, dad + kids--sorry, no furry friends)
- 25 edited digital files of your choosing -- I will show you a larger gallery (within 2 weeks) where you can select your favorite 25 images instead of having me choose for you. You will have the option to purchase more or all if you choose to, or just stick with the included 25.
- Final edited images will be delivered via download with reprinting rights.

*Once a spot has been reserved you should reserve confirmation via email and another confirmation from me 1-2 days prior to our session, including directions for where to meet.

*It is very important that you arrive a few minutes early and are ready to start at the beginning of your time slot. Due to the nature of mini sessions being booked back-to-back, I will not be able to add any time onto your session if you arrive late and we will therefore have less time to shoot.

*Print packages and holiday cards are available at an additional cost and can be viewed and purchased from within your gallery.

By purchasing this session, you as the Client hereby agree to the following:

The session fee is nontransferable and nonrefundable in the event the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If Lauren West Photography (LWP) voluntarily moves the session date due to circumstances beyond LWP’s control (ie. illness/COVID, death, unavoidable weather or acts of God), and the client also agrees, the session fee remains nonrefundable but transferable. The nonrefundable session fee will be transferable to a later date in the event circumstances occur beyond the client’s control (i.e. illness, death, unavoidable weather events).

Client understands that the session fee is due immediately upon booking to secure the session date and selected time on LWP's calendar.

LWP will capture many images during your session, but Client will see only those images carefully selected and edited by the photographer in the gallery. No unedited or RAW images will be released under any circumstance.

LWP retains copyright to any and all photographs, and hereby grants the Client private printing rights only. The client is to not, under any circumstance, provide any images taken by LWP for monetary gain, marketing, or commercial use. At such time that LWP provides the Client with a digital gallery to download images, LWP's contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots will be at the discretion of LWP only. Client accepts that images provided will be consistent with photographer’s work as displayed on LWP website and social media.
Photographer owns all right and title to the copyrights in all images and photographic materials created on behalf of Client. Downloadable digital images are to be downloaded by Client only. High resolution files are to be used by Client for personal printing use only. The Client is granted permission to use the digital images for their own non-commercial purposes, such as printing, exchange with friends and relatives, or display on the Internet (see "Client’s Usage" below). The files may not be cropped, edited, scanned or sold or reproduced in any manner without written consent from Lauren West Photography.

Photographer reserves and Client grants the express right of Photographer to make reproductions and use the photographs and images of Client and/or Client's minor child(ren) for use in connection with Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibits, advertising and promotion, illustrations, editorial use, or for display within or outside the Photographer's studio and on websites, including on all printed materials, media on the Internet, and any current or future, printed and digital media. Nothing herein shall be deemed as a release, transfer, assignment or other disposal of Photographer's rights in the materials. If the Client wishes to display images on a digital platform, such as a social network (i.e. Facebook, Instagram), credit for the photographer must be placed adjacent to the photographs on publication and photos must be displayed in full and may not be cropped or altered in any way. Client reserves the right to refuse the use of any images of their likeness on social media outlets (including, but not limited to Facebook and Instagram). Client is to make LWP aware of this request prior to the session date.

LWP reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time as such a Client/Photographer or potential Client/potential Photographer relationship is deemed irreconcilable.
